Web Designer / Web Developer
Location:
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Service customers’ sales enquiries by telephone, customer support
system and email.
- Consult with customers to establish project scope, interaction guidelines,
budget and timelines.
- Develop, test and deploy websites and applications that meet project
requirements and schedules.
- Review, plan and organize multiple projects to achieve quality standards,
completion times and customer satisfaction.
- Strive to reach monthly sales goals.
- Report project status to management on a weekly and/or bi-monthly
basis.
- Keeps current in industry web design and development technologies
and trends.
- Participates in other company initiatives and duties as assigned.
Education & Experience:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years experience in Web
Development or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
Fresh graduates applicants are welcome.
Skills / Attributes:
- Web Development Proficient: PHP, ASP, CSS, Javascript, DHTML, XHTML
and HTML.
- Database Proficiency: MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server.
- Operating System: Microsoft Windows 2003 Server, Microsoft Windows
XP, Microsoft Vista, Mac OS X.
- Software Proficiency: Dreamweaver, Fireworks, MySQL, Microsoft Outlook,

Technical Support Specialist (Position Closed)
Location:
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Service customers’ technical support enquiries by telephone,
customer support system and email.
- Create, follow up and close support incidents on a timely basis.
- Develop knowledge base to assist in future problem resolution.
- Provide additional support to the supervisor including administrative
tasks, special projects, coaching new hires, and report analysis as
needed.
- Keeps current in Internet technologies and trends.
- Participates in other company initiatives and duties as assigned.
Education & Experience:
- Diploma in IT, Computer or equivalent.
- Knowledge in basic networking and windows operation system a plus.
- Relevant Internet/helpdesk/customer service experiences a plus.
